Mr. Pradeep Mishra took birth in an impoverished family in the village Kadma, district Bhiwani, Haryana on 2nd April 1985. His father used to do a business and his mother was a homemaker. He has two siblings, one sister and one brother. Their father had a small business of watches but due to some reasons he shut down his business and the whole family left the Haryana. The family was fully down and out. To establish a new business in new state, his father shifted to Punjab along with his family but their condition became more worse there.
Mr. Pardeep Mishra wanted to do higher studies but due to a financial crisis in family, he had to quit his studies after twelfth in 2002. After that, he opted for a job in PCO, STD. He did that job for one year. At that time, they were living on rental home, so, to help his father, he chose to do that job. From 2003 to 2004, he did work in factory. During that, he decided to do further study and started graduation in 2003.
In 2004, he began to work in a construction company as computer operator which he continued to the year 2009. In the same year, he got engaged. His income at that job was not sufficient to manage family expenses. As he realized it, he started to look for other job which can help him to run home smoothly. Thus, in 2009, he commenced accoutant job in college which he continued for two years. Meanwhile, he got married in 2010 and they moved back to Haryana from Punjab.
Since his childhood, his brother was suffering from a skin allergy, because of that, he always had a cold and always kept two-three handkerchiefs in his pocket. He had gone through many treatments, but nothing was beneficiary. He lose all the hopes and thought that he would never get rid of that. In 2010, he went to a Ayurvedic product’s shop where he saw a Shri Tulsi, when he enquired about it from shopkeeper, he said that it is a product of IMC company which is really fruitful in any kind of allergy.
By trusting his words, he purchased Shri Tulsi. Just within a period of twenty days, he get relieved from long allergic problems and after that he never had any problem related to that. After watching it, Mr.Pradeep was toatlly amazed and got curious to know about IMC business. Then, Mr.Manish Manchanda suggested him to visit IMC and know more about the company. Next, he associated with the IMC business in August 2010 as part-time business.
His mother who had a joint pain problem got healed by using IMC products constantly. It worked like a magic on her and thus she motivated Mr. Pradeep Mishra to pay his full attention to IMC business only. He realized that it is only IMC where his all dreams can come true. At that moment, he became determined to work hard in IMC business. So, to expand his business in IMC, he needed a bike. For this purpose, he had to sell his wife’s jewellery.
Mr. Pardeep attained the level of Chairman star in 2013 and started to earn 80,000 every month. During the time, he endured many ups and downs in his business. Some members of his team left him, and his level declined to Silver star but he never lose his confidence. Again, he put in his all efforts. In the third year, he achieved the Ambassador Star level and after that, he broke the Crown President level in the next eight months. Moreover, he became the second Crown President of IMC business. In 2020, he cracked the Senior Crown President level which automatically raised his payout.
Following his first success in IMC, he bought his first car which was Alto 800. Today he owns four luxurious cars which included Volkswagen Ameo, Innova, Audi, and Jaguar as well.
He belonged to a destitute family where his father was the only wage earner but currently, he is living a luxurious life in his hometown with his entire family. Along with his mother, it was his wife who always supported him to be successful in his business. She used to give him her salary also when he was in his struggling days.
Presently, he has more than 100 chairmen in his energetic team. He says,” If you have started your business in IMC, then maintain your trust in the company and to reach the highest level of success, first find your weaknesses, learn from your upline and train yourself well.”
