"Ayurveda has in store some of the most astonishing skincare solutions. To rightly say, you can know your skin, truly and really with it."
As is known, Ayurveda is about harmony and balance between nature and your mind, body, and soul. Ayurveda attempts to cure the whole body, rather than cleansing and curing only one particular region. With proper Ayurvedic care clubbed with various other natural ingredients, you can experience a skin rejuvenation like never before.
Identifying your skin type:
As we know Ayurvedic Medicine divides individuals, basis the predominance of the three doshas: pitta (fire), Vata (air) and Kapha (water). These are the energies that make up every individual and perform different physiological functions in the body. The fire element, pitta, which rests in the small intestine, is associated with digestive and metabolic function. “Pitta” lends shine to the eyes, hair, and skin. “Vata,” composed of space and air, is seated in the colon. It is believed that vata rules thoughts and emotions. Seated in the stomach, “Kapha” regulates immunity, internal lubrication and circulation, and the delivery of nutrients to the body. Earth- and water-based Kapha is the key to healing. Depending on each person’s unique dosha balance, potential treatments are customized in order to counterbalance the skin issues and provide the skin with the right detox.
Vata skin is dry, thin, rough, prone to aging. For Vata skin to stay youthful, you must use nurturing and hydrating skincare products. Pitta skin is sensitive, prone to inflammation, redness, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis. To balance Pitta skin, cooling and nurturing products should be used. Containing soothing ingredients such as coconut oil, pumpkin seed oil, olive oil, and turmeric and sandalwood can help balance a Pitta skin. Kapha skin tends to be thick, oily, prone to cystic acne. Thus, Kapha skin needs regular detoxification. Therefore, all the Kapha skincare products are light, stimulating and detoxifying.
Skincare products in Ayurveda
Cosmetic products with chemicals are the death of the skin. They give temporary solutions and over time lead to aging, etc. The right range of products for general, as well as specific skincare, must include ingredients derived from nature, specifically plant-based oils packed with omega 3 fats, vitamins, enzymes, and minerals, which feed the skin needs.
IMC has a range of unparalleled skincare products for all age groups. They are assured to give the best and promised results, given they are taken duly and also combined with righteous eating, sleeping, and exercising.
This very fact also brings out an important element to which skin and body care is directly proportional to i.e peace. Having a peaceful, stress-free and happy life is the top treatment for an ever glowing skin. Therefore, combine the organically rich Ayurvedic products with a rich inner life for a skin that radiates brilliance.
